In celebration of 30 years of Theatre education, all Education on Stage bookings will be offered FREE to students attending with their schools during the 2023-24 Season!
We believe theatre is a powerful tool. It dramatizes and contextualizes the world. It invites us to walk in someone else’s shoes and see the world through their eyes. We feel this is especially true these last few years and are inspired more than ever to provide theatre programming to our community. With thanks to the generous community support we've received, during the the 2023/2024 school year students in our community will experience the magic of live theatre without the worry of financial barriers.
This season we have shows for grades K through 12 with English and Bilingual offerings available in our lineup. Check out more details on the shows, including information on our busing subsidy, here!
We are now booking schools for all our wonderful shows, if you have any questions or would like to book your students, please reach out to Programs Coordinator, Kait Gallant or call the Box Office 519-942-3423.
We would also like to invite all educators to our annual Teacher Appreciation Night on October 11th, 2023. With gratitude, we’d love to offer you a chance to relax and unwind (with wine and snacks of course) to learn even more about our 2023-24 Education on Stage programming. Reception begins at 6:00 PM followed by a 7:30 PM show of The View from Here! Space is limited on a first come, first served basis, so please register quickly to save your seat! To RSVP please fill out this Google form on an individual basis.
We can’t wait to see you and your students this year at the Theatre Orangeville where we can all experience the joy of live theatre together!
