UPDATE (March 28th, 2025):
- Our phone line is still down and inaccessible. WE HAVE SET UP A TEMPORARY PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU CAN REACH US AT, 519-938-7584. This phone number is answered during business hours and messages are returned during open hours (one hour before showtime), or during regular Monday to Friday business hours.
- As of Friday March 28th, access to our emails has been restored. Please note that any messages sent between February 28th - March 14th are not available to Theatre Orangeville staff. Also, any emails received prior to February 28th are inaccessible until the cyber incident involving The Town of Orangeville is fully resolved. You may now confidently reach out to any of our team through their @theatreorangeville.ca email.
- Please know, our patron data information and systems are not hosted within the town network and have not been affected!
- Ticket sales, subscription purchases and renewals and donations are all still active through our website www.theatreorangeville.ca

Please be advised The Town of Orangeville is actively responding to an ongoing cybersecurity incident. As a tenant of the Town of Orangeville, our phone lines and email system have been impacted and are currently down. At this time, we are unsure how long this outage will last.
Please know, our patron data systems are not hosted within the town network and are not affected!

Please use our website, or pop into the Box Office to purchase tickets. (The Box Office, at 87 Broadway, is open MondayâFriday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and 90 minutes before showtime!)
