Whiskey Jack presents Stories & Songs of Stompin' Tom
Stompinâ Tom became a fan of Whiskey Jack during their tenure as regulars on the CBCâs Tommy Hunter Show. Each week, Tom would join millions of his fellow Canadians and watch them sing, play and laugh on their own segment, âThe Old Back Porchâ. What followed was a 25 year friendship and musical collaboration with Tom that produced many recordings, cross-country tours, and all night kitchen parties in his home. They even co-wrote some songs together.
âAll of our shows feature a mix of Tomâs greatest hits combined with many outrageous, yet true, backstage stories of our time with Tom. This is a show that will entertain fans of all musical genres. We guarantee everyone will leave the theatre with a smile on their face and a spring to their step.â Says Duncan Fremlin â frontman of Whiskey Jack.

All of our Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA)Â shows are grounded in the Ontario curriculum; they teach, through theatre.
Bonus: we hire educators to create study packages, so your classroom can get the most out of the experience.
